The Woes of a Mac User - Why Can't I Watch TV on My Mac With Satellite For TV Software

By Roger E. Davis

If you've owned a Mac for a while you've probably noticed that when you go searching for software for your Mac that the Windows based PC's have 5 times or more choices than you do. This isn't new and its been going on for quite a while.

Its not limited to software though. Video cards, sound cards, web cameras, keybords, joysticks, etc etc are all much more varied than on the Mac. Even now that the Mac has the same type of hardware inside and is no longer proprietary, you still find fewer choices that are Mac certified.

Now if you have a buddy or friend that is using Satellite TV for PC you've probably found that it does not work on the Mac. You've searched online and found "Satellite TV on PC" or "Watch TV on PC" sites in abundance but not many if any for the Mac.

Well now you have another choice. By using another type of system than Satellite TV for PC, you now get to Watch TV on a Mac, plus you'll get access to music, movies, games and more.

These systems take advantage of over 15 Billion files that are out there online. The system is very easy to install and the system requirements are very very minor. The beauty of these systems is they have the same main advantage that the Satellite TV on PC systems have.

You don't have to worry about paying monthly. These watch tv on the computer systems charge you one time for access and then you don't have to pay anything ever again.

No longer do the Window masses have an edge over their Mac cousins. Now the playing field is being leveled once more with the advent of these systems.

If you're a PC (Windows) users reading this, don't worry. These systems work just as well on a PC for you to be able to watch TV as they do on a Mac.
